Not more visitors, but more results from the visitors you already have.
A hire company's website was getting visitors, but getting in touch was hard work: one general contact page, a slow homepage and no view of what visitors did.

The problem
The home page took 8.3 seconds to load. Asking for a quote and asking a general question both went through the same page. And the business had no idea whether people were calling, messaging or filling in a form.
The approach
We brought the load time down, separated the quote page from the contact page, and put calling, WhatsApp and the form within one tap on every page. Every tap on a call button is counted by position, and a thank-you page per language counts as a conversion for advertising.
The result
- Load time from 8.3 to 3.3 seconds
- Calling, WhatsApp and the form on every page
- Call clicks tracked separately in 8 places
- A separate quote page
What happens now
On every page a visitor can see how to get in touch. What they choose, a call, a WhatsApp message or a form, is counted.
What this means for a similar business
Plenty of visitors, few enquiries? Often the problem is not the traffic. It is how easy it is to get in touch, and whether you know what works.
