How a hire company became visible at the moments customers were searching.
A nationwide hire company could only be found online under its own name, and only in Dutch. Anyone searching for the service in their own city ended up with someone else.

From challenge to result
The problem
Anyone looking for a screen in Utrecht, Rotterdam or Cologne did not end up at this business. There was one site, in one language, with no pages answering what people in each city were searching for. And nobody could see which searches brought anything in.
The approach
We started by working out what people search for in each country and each city. Each country then got its own web address in its own language, and each major city its own page with content about that city: venues, access, the questions that come up there. We set up Search Console for each country, so it became clear which searches the site was found for.
The result
- Found on Google in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
- 15 city pages, each with its own content
- Four languages, each on the right web address
- Clear for each country which searches the site is found for
What happens now
Someone searches for the service in their city, lands on the page for that city, in their own language, and sees straight away how to get in touch.
