Growth strategy for your business: priorities and an action plan you can carry out.
Want to grow, but not sure where to start? We analyse what's limiting growth and deliver an action plan with priorities and metrics.
- Bottlenecks in view
- Priorities in order
- A workable action plan
From starting position to metrics.
Each part appears in the report, with the finding and our advice.
Starting position
Your turnover, your customers and where they come from, on one page.
Bottlenecks
The things blocking growth. There are usually fewer than you think.
Priorities
What first, what next and what later, with the reason for each step.
Effort and delivery
For each step, the time it takes and who can do it: you, us or someone else.
Metrics
One figure per step, so you can see whether it's working.
What gets dropped
Ideas that won't deliver anything right now. We drop them, and explain why.
Scattered ideas or one growth strategy.
- Starting everything at once
- No order
- No figure to manage by
- Stopping halfway
- Priorities with the reason
- A named first step
- A metric for every step
- What gets dropped, and why
From briefing to action plan.

You tell us where you want to get to and what you've already tried.
- 02
Analysis of the figures
We look at your turnover, your enquiries and where your customers come from.
- 03
Weighing up
For each idea: what it brings in, how much time it takes and what has to be in place first.
- 04
Action plan
You get the action plan and we go through it with you.
For flat turnover or an investment decision.
Flat turnover
You're working harder, but the bottom line stays the same.
No priorities
A new site, advertising, automation. You don't know where to start.
Investment decision
You're about to invest and first want to know where your money will have the most effect.

Frequently asked questions.
Is this a marketing plan?
It's broader. Sometimes the growth is in your offer or the way you work, not in your marketing.
What if I don't have many figures?
Then we work with what there is and tell you which figure to start tracking.
Do you promise a turnover figure?
No. We give you an order with a reason, and a figure to measure against.
Do you carry out the work afterwards too?
We can, but we don't have to. The report is yours and you can take it to whoever you like.
How long does it take to put together a growth strategy?
That depends on the figures you already track. After the briefing you get a delivery date.
